At Zeenat Jewellery, your absolute delight with our handcrafted jewellery is our supreme priority. Every parcel is safely wrapped in our signature velvet boxes and thoroughly inspected before dispatch. However, if you are not entirely satisfied, we provide a smooth 7-Day Exchange Policy.

1. 7-Day Exchange Window

You may initiate an exchange within 7 calendar days from the date your order is delivered by the courier.

• The jewellery piece must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original pristine condition.
• All original packaging, velvet pouches, certificates, and tags must accompany the returned item.
• For hygienic reasons, earrings or stud backings cannot be returned if worn or tried on without protective liners.

2. Damaged or Faulty Items Upon Delivery

In the rare event that your jewellery arrives damaged in transit or features a manufacturing imperfection:

• Please notify us on WhatsApp at 03715427285 within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the package.
• Kindly provide clear photos or a short video showing the parcel opening and the affected item.
• We will dispatch a free replacement piece immediately without charging any additional shipping fees.

3. How to Request an Exchange (Simple WhatsApp Process)

We do not require complicated return portal logins. You can initiate an exchange directly on WhatsApp in 3 quick steps:

1. Message our support team on WhatsApp at 03715427285 with your order name, date, and reason for exchange.
2. Our customer representative will share our Lahore return studio address.
3. Once the parcel arrives and passes inspection, your replacement piece or store credit voucher will be dispatched within 48 hours.

4. Return Shipping Charges

If the exchange is due to a transit defect or incorrect item sent by Zeenat Jewellery, all return courier charges are 100% borne by us. For customer-preference exchanges (e.g. choosing a different design or color preference), a nominal courier fee of Rs. 250 applies to cover exchange logistics.
